By downloading or using PomoToki, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
PomoToki grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your Android device. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
PomoToki Pro is offered as either a recurring monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, both processed through Google Play Billing. Pricing is shown inside the app prior to purchase.
The monthly subscription renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your Google Play account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. The lifetime purchase grants permanent access to all current and future Pro features on your Google Play account.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy. Requests must be submitted directly through Google Play.
PomoToki optionally integrates with Todoist via the official Todoist REST API. Use of Todoist is subject to Todoist's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Todoist or Doist Inc. We are not liable for any issues arising from Todoist API changes, outages, or other disruptions on Todoist's side.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the app is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
