Your session data stays on your device. The app uses Google Play Services and Google Play Billing — see below for details.

Google Play & Data

PomoToki itself does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data, and contains no analytics or tracking code. All data you create — including projects, tasks, time entries, history and settings — is stored exclusively on your device. As the app is distributed through Google Play, Google may collect certain technical data (such as aggregate install and crash statistics) at the platform level under Google's own privacy policy; this is outside our control and is not accessed or used by us.

Todoist Integration

If you connect a Todoist account, your Todoist API token is stored locally on your device using Android's EncryptedSharedPreferences. It is never sent to our servers. Communication happens directly between your device and Todoist's servers, governed by Todoist's own Privacy Policy.

Purchases & Subscriptions

PomoToki Pro is offered as either a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase via Google Play Billing. All purchase information — including payment details, billing address and subscription status — is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not store or have access to your payment details. Subscription management (cancellation, refunds) is done through your Google Play account, governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Permissions

The app may request the following permissions:

POST_NOTIFICATIONS – for timer and Pomodoro session alerts
FOREGROUND_SERVICE & FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE – to keep the timer running accurately when the screen is off
WAKE_LOCK – to keep the CPU active while a timer is ticking
SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM & USE_EXACT_ALARM – to fire the end-of-countdown alarm reliably even under Doze mode
REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS – to let you opt the app out of battery optimisations on aggressive devices
BILLING – for Google Play subscription and one-time purchase processing
INTERNET – for the optional Todoist integration and Google Play Billing
VIBRATE – for haptic feedback on session events

No permission is used to collect personal data.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in your device settings. As we do not store any user data on our own servers, we do not maintain any data that could be deleted upon request.
